Five swimmers
attended the Corvallis AB Open May 16th and
17th but all returned with best times. Ross Brown
finished with five of six best times including a 17 second drop in
the 200 back. He also earned A times in the 50 free, 100 fly,
200 fly and the 100 free. Michael Hargitt earned four
top-eight finishes with an 8th in the 100 back,
7th in the 200 back, 5th in the 200 breast
and 4th in the 400 IM. He also earned A time in
the 200 IM, 100 back, 200 breast, 400 IM, and the 200 back.
Tyson Polack attended only one day, but earned A times in all three
events the 200 IM, 100 fly and the 400 free. In the 200 IM he also
finished third and dropped 5 ½ seconds. Samantha Smith
earned two A times in the 200 back and 100 free and also earned
best times in the 100 back and the 100 free. Luke Welle swam
one day also finishing with best times in all three events the 400
free, the 100 back and an A time in the 200
IM.
