Emerald Aquatics is hosting their
annual Lake Swim in Cottage Grove on Sunday, August 15. This
will be a fun event for Age Group, Sr. Prep, and Sr.
Swimmers. This is not appropriate for novice
swimmers. These are the events they are hosting:
Sharkfin 500 Meter Swim: 12 & Under Age Group Only
Dorena 1500 Meter Swim:
Whitely 1000 Meter: Use of pull buoys , fins, hand paddles,
etx are allowed and encouraged!
Flatfoot Kick: Bring a kickboard for this event. Propulsion
by kicking only. No fins!
THey are also hosting Masters
